The Intern will be required to rotate between the Consulting and Support Departments, gaining experience and on-the-job training in each department’s functions while applying themselves. Whilst on the internship each Intern will be required to undergo mandatory training such as SAP certification, Boyum Usability Pack Certification and developmental training.

Qualifications required:

  • Accounting or Financial Degree or Diploma (and or)
  • Business Administration Degree or Diploma (and or)
  • Bookkeeper / Auditor Background (and/or)
  • Computer Science / Informatics Degree or Diploma (and or)

Skills and Experience required:

  • No experience required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Existing knowledge base required however on-the-job training will be provided via the internship.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must be willing to work additional hours.
  • Must have facilities to work from home. (Internet Connection, etc.).

Key Performance Areas:

  • Interns will be expected to attend training sessions on SAP Business One
  • They will be given training materials and will be expected to work through the content. A large portion of this will be self-study
  • Interns will need to become proficient in the following areas of the SAP Business One System
    • Financials
    • Sales
    • Purchasing
    • Stock Control
    • Production
    • Banking
    • Services
    • SAP Administration
    • SQL Administration
    • SQL Queries
    • Crystal Reports
    • HANA
  • After training the intern will be expected to pass the SAP Business One certification exam at the end of the first two months.
  • Once the SAP Business One certification is achieved the interns will be expected to assist with tasks on the support desk and customer projects as well as complete work for existing customers
  • Interns will have the opportunity to work with SAP Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to gain work experience.
