Position Overview

SEIDOR is currently looking for a General Manager to be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of a designated business unit within the company, driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and profitability by leading teams, help with managing projects, developing business plans, and ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions, particularly within the ERP and business consulting services domain, while aligning with Seidor's core values and market positioning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree of Business Administration (BBA) or a related.
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale business operations within the IT consulting or ERP software industry.
  • Deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and technology solutions, particularly in the ERP space.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions based on key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and French is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans aligned with Seidor's strategic goals, including market penetration strategies, revenue targets, and customer acquisition plans.
  • Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market trends, and lead the development of innovative solutions to address client needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential new customer segments and develop strategies to capture market share.
  • Client Management and Relationship Building.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead client engagements, including project scoping, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and address any concerns to maintain a positive client experience.
  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across sales, consulting, implementation, and support functions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop talent within the team, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities.

  • Oversee the budget and financial performance of the business unit, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
