At SEIDOR Analytics we are currently recruiting for a Consulting Services Manager role, that will be responsible for the consulting division of the company. This includes service delivery, client management, and resource development.

Role Responsibilities and Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Service delivery includes the oversight of, management of, and participation in the entire scope of a BI project / solution.
  • This includes specification, technical design, developing the BI data model, report building, and testing.
  • Assistance from the wider team is available where relevant (Project Manager, Technical Lead, etc.)
  • Client management includes maintaining positive relationships with all clients on a regular basis.
  • Resource development includes “delivering through your team” and managing the careers and growth opportunities of the employees and contractors in the consulting services team.
  • Success in this role requires a keen interest in BI technology and future trends in fields such as BI systems and tools, platforms, and frameworks and mechanisms for data analytics.
  • KRA’s are in place for this role, and these will be adjusted from time-to-time (typically annually) to provide emphasis on specific focus areas (e.g. “exceed client expectations”, “develop processes”, “departmental profitability”, etc.).
  • Business area knowledge is essential, specifically Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or specialized training / certification.
  • SAP Business One table and process knowledge
  • Microsoft Power BI – Advanced knowledge
